How do I know my reservation has been accepted?
A reservation Confirmation email with your details will be sent to the email address you provided when making your reservation. Please make sure to check your junk or spam folder.
How do I make a reservation online?
The process is designed to be user-friendly: select your desired date and time, select the package proceed with the payment, and voilà, your spot is booked. You will receive an email with redemption instructions after making a reservation. Once you arrive at the parking lot, show your email confirmation to Front desk on your smartphone or as a printout. The staff will direct you to the reserved space and provide airport shuttle information.
Can I reserve a parking spot in advance?
Certainly! At this time, you cannot reserve a specific parking stall in the garage. You will still be required to find an open stall on entry.

Parking lot is monitored by security personnel and equipped with surveillance cameras for added security. However, we are not responsible for any loss or damage to your vehicle while it is parked in our facilities.
