Is there a time limit for parking?

Yes. Please exit the carport no later than 3 hours after your designated exit time to avoid additional fees. Overstaying the limit beyond this will result in additional fees.

Reservations are monitored daily by our parking enforcement staff, and unauthorized overstays will be subject to additional fees. 

Do you offer discounts for frequent parkers?

Yes, we offer discounts for frequent parkers through our loyalty program, with repeat customers saving 10% off their next booking!

How do I make a reservation online?

Simple! Select your desired entry and exit date & time, input your vehicle details, and proceed with the payment. Et voilà! Your spot is booked, and you will receive an email with redemption instructions after making a reservation. 

Once you arrive at the parking lot, show your unique QR code to the main desk staff on your smartphone or as a printout. The staff will direct you to the reserved space and provide airport shuttle information. It is that easy!
